Our Purchasing Process
If you are looking to purchase one of our precious pups there are a few crucial steps to take. Begin by reviewing our website and viewing our available puppies as well as their sires and dams. If you find one that you like, please schedule a time to view the puppy with Stephanie Hafner.
After ensuring you want to acquire one of our Maltese puppies you can place a non-refundable holding fee of $1000 through Zelle or Venmo. You also have the option to use Gooddog.com, 100% guaranteed payment platform. It offers you some added security but it does come with additional taxes and fees. Once the holding fee is complete, your puppy will be marked as reserved and will be taken off of all advertisement platforms so that your future fur baby remains exclusively yours until pick-up day. The final payment for your new lovable pup can be made through cash, PayPal, Zelle or Good Dog.
To pick up your puppy you will schedule a time, place, and date for pick up. If you are non-local and choose to fly into Dallas, we will meet you at either of the two Dallas airports, DFW or Dallas Love Field. For reasonable additional costs, we offer trusted flight nanny transportation or ground transportation. If choosing a flight nanny, he or she will meet you at the closest airport to where you reside. If you choose ground transportation, the puppy will be delivered to your doorstep.
